Part of our process is the undertaking of pre-departure training (PDOS), wherein we conduct orientation, tackling Rensol’s profile, labor laws of country destination, campsite policy, client’s profile, country’s culture, food, accommodation and transportation, contract details (duration, position title) and deployment details (flight date, documents) to help the candidates ready themselves.
