The Safe Migration in Central Asia (SMICA) Project mainly focuses on the protection of migrant laborers. They conduct a study tour for the Kyrgyz Republic delegation in which they paid a courtesy visit to the Rensol Recruitment office to discuss essential matters about labor migration. 

Rensol Recruitment and Consulting, Inc. collaborate and share openly the general recruitment procedures including and not limited to the following; The courses of action taken to fight for the rights of laborers against abusive employers, providing training and orientation before departure, coordinating with the assigned government officials, the proper way to address migration issues, providing assistance and support to deployed workers and other responsibilities. 

The best way to multiply the goal of promoting ethical recruitment is to share it with others because it takes both sides to build a bridge. Rensol is glad to get to know the Kyrgyz republic delegation which includes; Center for Employment of Citizens Abroad (CECA),  Representative of President’s Administration,  SMICA consultant on developing new regulation on the work of private employment agencies, Head of Migration Council Secretariat under the Speaker of the Parliament, Representative of Skills Development Fund under Ministry of Labor, Social Security and Migration, and President of the Association of Private Employment Agencies. 

The two parties maintained cordial connections upon learning that they shared a common goal of protecting the rights of every labor migrant in their destination countries.
