“High tides and good vibes” was the battle cry of the whole Rensol Recruitment & Consulting team as they went and exalted to Jomalig Island, Quezon Province for their annual summer getaway and team building last May 18 – 20, 2018.
Everyone came rigorously excited. Men in their rash guards and board shorts, women in their bikinis – everyone in their most cheerful and lighthearted inclination.
Traveling to their destination may be a little grueling but upon reaching the island, the team was rewarded with miles of unspoiled golden-yellow sand and clear aquamarine waters, the trip was definitely a much-needed holiday for everyone after working so hard and getting concrete results for the past year.
The trip transpired with an island hopping spree, a team building and nights of booze and buffet.
Right before the team went back to reality, Rensol’s Country Manager, Mr. Arnold Mamaclay gave an awesome motivational speech, expressed his pride to be working with a young but driven team that gets the job done and stated his appreciation for everyone’s dedication that contributed to the company’s growth in a short span of time.
Surely, this experience has refreshed the team’s senses and recharged everyone to do more and be more for candidates and clients alike.
