GROWING NETWORK: RENSOL CEO IS PEACEME’S NEWLY ELECTED PRESIDENT

Expect a stronger network for Rensol Recruitment as another milestone was achieved by the company’s CEO, Mr. Arnold Mamaclay as he was elected as the President of Philippine Employment Agencies & Associates for Corporate Employers in Middle East, Inc (PEACEME). 

The newly elected PEACEME President was officially inaugurated last June 29, 2021. The oath-taking was officially administered by the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Secretary, Hon. Silvestre Bello III with the presence of other DOLE officials such as POEA Administrator Bernard Olalia, DOLE Director Alice Visperas, DOLE Usec. Renato Ebarle, and DOLE Asec. Dominque Tutay. This is then followed by a consultation meeting between the DOLE officials headed by Sec. Bello and PEACEME Board regarding the recent accomplishments, OFW issues and developments in the recruitment industry, specifically in the Middle East region.

PEACEME is an organization of licensed Philippine Recruitment Agencies serving corporate companies and other employers in the Middle East. PEACEME aims to promote employment opportunities for Filipino contract workers of various categories, professionals, skilled and semi-skilled for corporate or institutional employers in the Middle East. PEACEME will work with various government units, with non- government organizations and concerned private organizations in strengthening the overseas employment program. 

Recently, PEACEME in coordination with other organizations and groups donated various Protective Equipment (PPE) to the OFWS though OWWA and to the Philippine Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). As a token of gratitude and support for the office and its people, several sets of PPE – face masks and face shields were given to POEA for its continuous service in the industry and for its sacrifices to pull through these challenging times.

This pandemic is a real challenge in the recruitment industry as several restrictions are implemented resulting in a more demanding deployment process. In the hope of bettering the everyday conditions of Filipino families, POEA, Rensol Recruitment, PEACEME, and other organizations are continuously looking for overseas job opportunities for Filipino workers. The players of this industry will never stop and will not be hindered by any difficulties to help its countrymen.
